More Than a Repair Shop — A Movement
Welcome to Repair Babe — where tech meets power, and being underestimated only fuels the glow-up. We fix devices, build websites, teach tech, and create opportunity — all with bold energy, skilled hands, and heart.
Bianca — Founder, Repair Babe
The girl they underestimated — and the woman who built Repair Babe.
I started my tech journey as a teenage mother with big dreams and no shortcuts. I chose computers as my way forward — and never looked back.
Raised in NYC public housing, I know what it means to hustle smart. I built my career with hands-on experience, certifications, and a relentless work ethic — all while being told I was “too pretty to be technical.”
Spoiler: I’m both. Brains. Beauty. Bold repair energy.
Repair Babe was born from brilliance — the kind that gets overlooked, underestimated, or boxed in because it doesn’t look how the tech world expects. But we’re flipping that script.
I’m Bianca, the founder of Repair Babe. I’ve spent over 20 years in the tech industry — trained, certified, and relentlessly determined. From cracked screens to complex board repairs, I’ve fixed thousands of devices.
But more importantly, I’ve built something bigger: a platform where women — especially young women from underserved communities — can see that tech belongs to them, too.
We’re not just fixing tech — we’re building confidence, independence, and careers.
Repair Babe exists to:
- Deliver expert repair services with care + quality
- Teach repair skills through our Academy
- Offer phones & tools at affordable prices
- Bring tech training into the same NYC neighborhoods that raised us
Repair Babe isn’t just a service — it’s a statement. That women can own tools, run businesses, and teach tech like bosses. That intelligence isn’t always packaged the way people expect. And that where you start doesn’t have to be where you stay.
Brains and beauty. Grit and grace. Repair Babe is all of it.
Our values are simple: power, access, and real opportunity.
Not just the gatekeepers. Not just the “right schools” or “right background.” If you’re curious and willing to learn, you belong here.
Learning to fix what’s broken builds confidence and community — whether it’s your phone, your business, or your life.
No one gets to decide your value but you. You can wear gloss, rock nails, and still reflow a board like a pro.
We pour back into the neighborhoods that raised us through training, mentorship, and community partnerships.
We’re building the kind of tech spaces we wish existed when we started.
We’re working on something bigger: bringing our tech repair education programs into NYC community centers, schools, and housing developments — places that raised me. So the next generation of girls, especially those who don’t see themselves represented in tech, will see that they belong here — tools in hand, heads held high.
Phones, laptops, tablets, and consoles — fixed with pro tools, clean parts, and transparent communication.
Self-paced & live classes that teach real-world repair skills so you can earn, build, and create opportunities.
Done-for-you sites for bold brands that want to look expensive and convert like magic — without the tech headache.
Curated devices and repair tools that are tested, data-wiped, and ready for real-life use.
Repair Babe is more than a brand — it’s a rebellion.
It’s power in coral and chrome. It’s what happens when you stop waiting to be taken seriously and build something undeniable. Whether you’re here to fix a phone, learn a skill, or launch your own site — you belong here.
