I had a blk screen on my Note and needed some pictures out of it, unfortunately I did not have it backed up, I took it to her and she changed the screen got it to on and helped me upload pics to Google photos. She said only the screen was messed up, mind you others told me the phone was not fixable. Thank you I am very Happy to have all my pics.
