⏳ How Long Do I Have?
You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a refund or return.
📦 What Can Be Returned?
We accept returns on:
- Physical products (like toolkits) in unused, original condition
- Items damaged in transit or defective on arrival
Must be in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of digital goods and hygiene standards, the following cannot be returned:
- Downloadable products (like the Welcome Packet or course PDFs)
- Completed services (like website design)
- Online courses once accessed
- Gift cards
💰 Refund Process
If eligible:
- You’ll get an email once your return is received and inspected.
- If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
